Modera baby dual-sided "Pack N Play" play yard mattresses were sold on Amazon. They were recalled because they may not fit certain play yards properly, violating the mandatory standard for crib mattresses and posing an entrapment hazard; babies have suffocated in gaps between undersized mattresses and play yard sides.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mattresses and contact Modera for a full refund. Consumers should cut the mattresses in half and send a photo of the destroyed mattress in the waste bin to recall@moderababy.com to receive a full refund.
