Official title: Luyuan Recalls Youth ATVs Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Crash Hazard; Violate Mandatory Standard for All-Terrain Vehicles

Luyuan is recalling X-Pro Eagle 40cc and FRP Sahara 40cc youth ATVs sold online at Walmart.com, Amazon.com, Temu.com and brand websites. They violate the mandatory ATV safety standard: the suspension poses a crash hazard and the handlebars pose a laceration hazard if a child rider hits them at high speed, posing a risk of serious injury or death.
