EEMB USA Battery Pouches
Official title: EEMB USA Recalls Battery Pouches Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Battery Ingestion; Violate Federal Statute for Child-Resistant Packaging of Coin Batteries

EEMB lithium coin battery packs in white pouches were sold on Amazon.com. They were recalled because the pouches are not child-resistant as required under Reese's Law, and swallowed coin batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns and death.
What to do
Consumers should stop using the lithium batteries immediately, place them in an area that children cannot access and contact EEMB USA to receive a full refund. Note: Button cell and coin batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.
