Costway Babyjoy High Chairs
Official title: Costway Recalls Babyjoy High Chairs Due to Entrapment and Suffocation Hazards; Ban on Inclined Sleepers and Violation of Federal Regulations for High Chairs

Costway's Babyjoy collapsible high chairs were sold online at Amazon, Walmart, Costway and Shein. They were recalled because they were marketed for infant sleep with an incline over 10 degrees, posing a fatal suffocation risk, and the gap between seat and tray is large enough for a child to become entrapped.
